Shipping Policy

At LLVERA™, we want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery methods, estimated timeframes, and responsibilities so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us. All shipments are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA") of the Republic of South Africa.

Shipping Coverage

LLVERA™ currently ships to addresses within the Republic of South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of South Africa and wish to place an order, please contact our customer support team to discuss possible arrangements.

Shipping Method and Carrier

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed. Please allow for order processing time of 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your selected shipping option.

Please note: All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. LLVERA™ currently offers the following delivery options within South Africa:

Standard Delivery: R89.00 — Estimated delivery within 8 to 11 business days.
Premium Delivery: R150.00 — Estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days.

There are no hidden fees.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with your Aramex tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the Aramex website or app. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier (Aramex).
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.
Public holidays, peak seasons, or high order volumes.
National disruptions, protests, or events affecting transportation and logistics.
Customs processing delays (where applicable).

LLVERA™ is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by shipping delays that are outside of our reasonable control. However, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate any known delays to you and assist with resolving delivery issues.

Your rights: In terms of Section 46 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), orders must be fulfilled within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days and no alternative arrangement has been communicated, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Risk and Title

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to Aramex for delivery, the risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the shipping carrier. LLVERA™ is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the product while in transit.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging, and we will work with you and Aramex to resolve the matter.

Incorrect Delivery Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. LLVERA™ is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If Aramex is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to LLVERA™ or held at a nearby Aramex collection point. We will notify you via email with the next steps. If you do not collect or arrange redelivery within 14 days, LLVERA™ reserves the right to process a refund minus any applicable return shipping costs.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days after dispatch, please contact our customer support team. We will open an investigation with Aramex on your behalf. If the parcel is confirmed lost, LLVERA™ will, at its discretion, either reship your order at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Changes to This Policy

LLVERA™ reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our Services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
