Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), all customers who purchase products online are entitled to a cooling-off period. LLVERA™ extends this to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. During this period, you may cancel your order and return the product for a full refund, for any reason and without penalty, subject to the following conditions:

In terms of Sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), all goods sold by LLVERA™ carry an implied warranty of quality. This means every product must be reasonably suitable for its intended purpose, of good quality, in good working order, free of defects, and durable for a reasonable period of time.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not of the quality reasonably expected, you are entitled to return the product within six (6) months of delivery and elect one of the following remedies:

Please note that there is no general right of return under South African consumer law for a change of mind. If you simply no longer want the product and the 14-day return period has lapsed, LLVERA™ is not obligated to accept a return or issue a refund.

However, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a store credit or exchange on a case-by-case basis, provided the product is returned unused and in its original packaging within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, LLVERA™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of hair, scalp irritation, or allergic reactions caused by oils, serums, or solutions used in conjunction with our products. Where a product is used together with hair oils, conditioners, or treatment solutions, customers should review the ingredients of those products and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
